Meet The Team

Joe Johnson

Joe started his real estate career in 1997. During Joe’s 10 year career in the NFL

(New Orleans Saints & Green Bay Packers), he served as both investor and project

manager professional on a variety of commercial and residential projects from fix

& flip projects to commercial properties in the French Quarters of New Orleans,

LA. Joe’s first project started with the desire to build both his mother and sister a

home in St. Louis, MO., that ended up with Joe serving as the project professional

overseeing the development of a subdivision, that did include a home for both his

mother & sister.

Joe currently is a managing member of the Baldwin Management Group, serving

as operations manager over fix & flip and multifamily programs, overseeing the

sourcing of deals, underwriting, acquisition, and exit strategy implementation.

With over 25 years of real estate experience, Joe has learned firsthand of the

many benefits to investing in real estate, from the minimal risk that an asset-

based investment can offer, to the variety of bonus tax benefits available. Over

the past five years Joe has also learned that real estate can not only serve as a

viable investment model but also serve as a ministry. Providing homeowners with

the ability to purchase affordable homes, with built in equity, and taking pride in

assuring that the residents of a multifamily structure are all proud & happy to call

their housing community home.

Meet The Team

Shretta Johnson

After a 20-year career in the entertainment industry, dating back to 1998, Shretta made

the decision to make the transition to the real estate industry. The extreme attention to

detail, and the love of working with people made it easy for Shretta to make the transition. In the entertainment industry, Shretta thrived as an event planner. The ability to interact with clients, understand their vision, and bring that vision to life is truly a gift that Shretta possesses. Whether it’s helping a young couple find & purchase their first home, or taking a house that has been gutted down to the studs, and bringing that house back to market standards, requires similar qualities.

Shretta, co-founder of the Baldwin Management Group, since 2018 has served on the residential side as a managing member over floor plan design layouts, staging, and interior decor. On the commercial side, Shretta has naturally gravitated to asset management. The unique gift and attraction to people has made it easy to relate to others and understand the importance of quality upkeep with a property, not only from the owners standpoint but also from the standpoint of the tenant that has chosen to call that property home.
